Refund Policy- Vendor cancellation of signed paid application, before 90 days of the event will receive 80% refund on the booth rental space monies paid. Cancellation before 60 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of booth rental monies ONLY if the vacated space is resold. 59 days prior to the event no refunds will be issued for any reason. All requests must be made through email. No refunds will be issued for Ad or print purchases. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters. Registrations will be moved to the following year’s convention.
